Jennifer Lopez has a new reason to sing! We’ve got the dish her latest gig! Hey everyone, I’m Bridget Daly for ClevverMusic, coming to you from our Hollywood studio. J. Lo is laughing all the way to the bank these days, and it’s not just because of her sweet Idol hosting gig! According to website Idolator.com, she’s just been named the new face of Venus Gillette Razors! Or should I say the legs of Venus. Jenny from the Block appears in the brands new Your Goddess is Showing commercial, and put a new spin on the infamous jingle Im Your Venus, Im Your Fire, Your Desire. Somehow she makes it sound like a hit song youd hear on the radio! And you just might, because J. Lo also recorded a full-length cover of the 1970 original by Shocking Blue, which was also covered by 80s darlings Bananarama. Jennifer is also helping launch the Venus Goddess Fund for Education, which supports female empowerment through education. Her print and TV ads for Venus will debut this month.
